The Valade group, which specialises in jams and compotes, is a fruit processor for the catering industry, from the food industry to mass distribution. It was under the name of Léonce Blanc that the first jars were produced in 1892, followed by the first jams with 35% fruit, then the first compotes in the 1960s. Finally, in the 1970s, the Blanc company merged with the Tullois jam maker Valade and in 2007, the Valade group was created. Its flagship brands in mass distribution are Valade en Corrèze, We Bio and Léonce Blanc
