Riccobono takes over German printer to become European leader in rotogravure printing 05/09/2023

The printing market is in structural decline.
Riccobono acquired Germany's leading independent gravure printer, TSB (Tiefdruck Schwann-Bagel).
Rotogravure is mainly used for high-circulation magazines (over 500,000 copies).
TSB comprises six companies and generates annual sales of 70 million euros.
Riccobono has become the European leader in this field.
Riccobono has made a number of acquisitions, notably in the portage, binding and routing sectors.
TSB has a 42,000 m² industrial site with six rotogravure presses.
TSB's German plant is 80% dedicated to the German market.
Riccobono aims to produce 104,000 tonnes of paper by 2024 (production capacity of 92,000 tonnes of paper).
Riccobono aims to achieve sales of 500 million euros in 2027 (310 million euros after the acquisition of TSB).
