Accor is in negotiations to acquire the remaining 63% of Momense (formerly Groupe Potel & Chabot), which it does not yet own. Momense expects sales of 130 million euros this year. Accor owns some forty hotel brands.

- Potel & Chabot, founded in 1820, specializes in the organization of tailor-made receptions and those associated with sporting and cultural events.
- By 2023, Potel & Chabot should have sales of around 130 million euros.
- Following the transaction, Accor will become the sole shareholder of Potel & Chabot, which will be integrated into the group's Luxury & Lifestyle division.
