Traiteurs de France (TDF) is celebrating its 25th anniversary, and is forecasting sales of 208 million euros in 2022.
More than 27,000 receptions are organized by TDF.
The TDF served 4.2 million covers, with the help of 1,345 employees.
For 4 years, mainly due to the health crisis, TDF sales were down 80% in 2020 and 50% in 2021 compared with 2019.
Overall sales for 2022 are close to the 2019 level, i.e. around 208 million euros.
The TDF network comprises 37 members.

In 2020, Traiteurs de France saw an 80% drop in sales compared to the previous year.
The Traiteurs de France network is made up of 37 independent caterers who are leaders in their regional markets, employing 1,500 people.
They generate annual sales of 204 million euros and organize over 32,000 receptions a year.
Sales in this sector have fallen by 83.3% since the start of the year.
Event catering companies in Paris and the provinces account for 60% of the French market.
Between March and September 2020, the loss of sales in the Traiteurs de France network is estimated at 80% compared with the same period in 2019,
Between October and December 2020, the loss is estimated at -78% year-on-year, representing a loss of 41 million euros.
