the Les Domaines Qui Montent concept was born in 1989 from a single idea: to set up a network of boutiques and tables d'hôtes to develop sales of wines from selected winegrowers. The first boutique opened in the 17th arrondissement of Paris in 1989.

The concept was perfected in 1999, before being duplicated on a franchise basis from 2007 onwards. In 2016, the network boasts some 30 sales outlets in France and Belgium. The concept of the Les Domaines Qui Montent network is to create a hybrid place where wine can be bought and tasted, accompanied by a constantly renewed selection of local delicatessen products (charcuterie, cheeses, desserts, etc.).
