The ISB Group is one of France's leading manufacturers of wood products and solutions. The group has 5 production sites and 6 logistics platforms in France. Its brands include Silverwood, Sinbpla, Carib and recently SCA Wood France

Originally operating under the name Pinault Bois Matériaux, the company was acquired in 2015 by the English Wolseley Group.

In 2019, ISB signs a partial asset agreement with SCA Wood France, owned by Swedish company genna SCA, Europe's largest forest owner.

ISB claims a market share of 14% in wood panels in France, 16% in structural timber and joinery and 13% in the cladding market, and now intends to increase its shares with this new acquisition.
