Since February 2018, Belgian investment fund Gimv has taken control of France Thermes. The France Thermes portfolio features thermal baths in Bagnoles de l'Orne (61) and soon in Châtel-Guyon, where France Thermes started construction of a thermal complex in 2018 for an investment of 32.8 million euros and a planned opening in 2020. Gimv is keen to significantly increase France Thermes' portfolio of thermal baths.
