The Swedish EasyPark Group has finalized the acquisition of Flowbird, a French player in mobility solutions.
Flowbird generated sales of 380 million euros in 2024, with 22% of its revenues coming from the North American market.
EasyPark generated sales of 252 million euros and is the world leader in digital parking.
EasyPark has seen a 30% growth in sales over the last three years,
Flowbird recorded 20% growth over the same period.

Flowbird deploys its environmental parking pricing solution in Lyon 18/07/2024

The city of Lyon has introduced "dynamic and environmental parking pricing", a first in France, designed by Flowbird.
Flowbird, the company responsible for this solution, concentrates its R&D activities in Besançon and employs 600 of its 1,600 staff in the city.
Flowbird was acquired by Searchlight Capital Partners in 2021 and could be taken over by EasyPark, which employs 1,000 people and generates sales of around 250 million euros.
Flowbird's sales target for 2023 is 357 million euros.
Flowbird's valuation was 450 million euros in 2016, 789 million euros in 2021, and could reach 1.5 billion euros in the latest planned acquisition with EasyPark.
