The Dopff company is a French winery located in Riquewihr, Alsace, founded in 1574 by the Dopff family to produce wine and Crémant

The company is deeply rooted in the region's winegrowing history and tradition. For several centuries, the Dopff family has passed down the secrets of wine-making from father to son, along with their love of the Alsatian terroir

Since 1925, Maison Dopff has been expanding and establishing its estate at "Au Moulin", at the foot of the famous Schoenenbourg, one of Alsace's 51 Grands Crus.

In 1976, the AOC Crémant d'Alsace was created, and today it enjoys great success, accounting for over 50% of all Crémants consumed.
