Delseyparis is a French company founded in 1946 by Emile Delahaye and the Seynhaeve brothers, hence the name Delsey. The brand specializes in the conception, design and manufacture of luggage. Delsey Paris products are sold in over 120 countries on five continents, through a distribution network of more than 5,000 points of sale.
In July 2018, the group came under the control of its creditors, namely Permberton, Permira and Avenue Capital. They become shareholders in place of Argan Capital and Partners Group.
