Today's "Cidrerie des Terroirs" is the result of the 2003 merger of two cider mills with complementary backgrounds: the Cidrerie de COLPO, in the heart of the Lanvaux moors in the Pays de Vannes region, and the Cidrerie du Terroir, located in Lizio, on the edge of the Brocéliande region.
Today, organic apples are still pressed at the Lizio site, while the pressing and maturing of ciders takes place at Colpo, where the administration and direct sales of the cider house are located.
