Alkern Group expands with ADG Béton 26/04/2023

Alkern has taken over the family-owned ADG Béton group.
ADG Béton has two industrial sites: Rosières-aux-Salines (Meurthe-et-Moselle) and Mersuay (Haute-Saône).
Alkern adds €15 million in sales and 60 employees with this acquisition.
The Alkern Group posted sales of 256 million euros in 2020, up 3.6%.
Alkern operates in three markets: building (45% of sales), public works (25%) and landscaping (25%).
1,000 employees, 52 sites in France and 2 in Belgium.
Belgium accounts for 8% of Alkern's sales.
Alkern has acquired 20 companies over the past 10 years.

At its plant in Les Andelys, in the Eure region of France, it will be implementing a process to produce concrete blocks containing 30% miscanthus - a highly insulating material - as a replacement for mineral aggregates
The company employs 1,000 people and generates sales of 250 million euros with 55 production sites, 53 of which are in France
Miscanthus will be produced within a 25 km radius of the plant, i.e. a current surface area of around one hundred hectares
