Verdoso is an independent industrial group investing in mid-sized companies. This Luxembourg-based fund was created in 1997 by Franck Ullmann to invest in companies facing strategic or operational challenges. Verdoso specializes in the acquisition of subsidiaries or activities of large groups, and invests in equity. Verdoso's approach is designed to support special situations such as disposals of non-strategic assets, turnarounds, debt restructuring and receiverships. Verdoso does not have the structure of an investment fund: its investments are made with equity capital, and as such, it has no exit constraints on its investments. Verdoso has offices in Luxembourg and Paris.
