20% increase in brick prices 20/09/2022

The Limburg-based Vandersanden Group has announced a 20% increase from September 1.
Wienerberger also raised its prices by 6% on May 1, and plans a further increase of 22% on average for facing bricks, building blocks and clay pavers from January 1, 2023.
The price increase for roof tiles at Wienerberger will be 20%.
The construction sector has also had to contend with soaring prices for building materials following the post-Covid recovery and the war in Ukraine.
