- The Union des Producteurs de Saint-Emilion (UDPSE) is a cooperative winery
- it brings together 60 châteaux, representing half the production, as well as 170 harvesters and 750 hectares of vines in the Saint-Emilion and Saint-Emilion Grand Cru appellations.
- The winegrowers are spread across all the communes and the ten terroirs of the appellation area. In addition to Saint-Emilion, there is Saint-Christophe des Bardes, Saint Etienne de Lisse, Saint Hyppolite, Saint Laurent des Combes and more.

- In addition to the production of the numerous châteaux, the cooperative offers nine brands of red wine, such as Aurelius or Galius, which are produced under the Saint-Emilion or Bordeaux AOCs.
