Synapse Medicine develops the Yuka of medicine 01/04/2022
- Synapse enables healthcare professionals to rapidly obtain a complete overview of drug information, thus facilitating medical prescribing
- Every year in France, more than 10,000 people die due to the misuse of medication
- Founded in 2017, the Bordeaux-based start-up is used by around a hundred hospitals (AP-HP, Institut Gustave-Roussy , Hospices civils de Lyon...) and e-health players, including telemedicine platforms.
- Present in France, Synapse is gradually expanding abroad, notably in the United States, where it will open an office in June. This internationalization will be financed by a new 25 million round of financing led by Korelya Capital.
- A paid version with additional database functionalities will be available
