Stock Spirits completes two acquisitions that open doors to the French market 08/10/2023

Stock Spirits is a European spirits group.
Stock Spirits recently acquired the Dugas group, a distributor of premium and super-premium spirits in France.
Stock Spirits has also acquired Pernod Ricard's Clan Campbell whisky brand.
Clan Campbell is a 12-year-old blended Scotch whisky brand present in France and other European markets such as Spain, Luxembourg and Italy.
Clan Campbell has recently diversified its range with rum-based spirits.
Stock Spirits will draw on the Dugas distribution network to develop some of its brands.
Stock Spirits has also acquired Polish company Polmos Bielsko-Biala, which specializes in the production of high-quality pure and flavored spirits, including vodkas.
The company is currently finalizing the acquisition of Borco-Marken-Import Matthiesen, a Hamburg-based producer and distributor of international spirits brands.
Stock Spirits has been in business for 140 years, with a portfolio of over 70 brands sold in more than 50 countries.
The group has over 1,200 employees and operates six production sites.
In recent months, Stock Spirits has made four strategic acquisitions.
The acquisition of Dugas and Clan Campbell enables Stock Spirits to expand into the French market.

Stock Spirits recently completed four major acquisitions: Clan Campbell whisky, Polmos Bielsko-Biala vodkas, French spirits distributor Dugas and German distributor Borco.
These acquisitions brought Stock Spirits sales to almost 800 million euros.
Stock Spirits holds 25% of the spirits market in Poland and 35% in the Czech Republic.
The group has been 100% owned by the CVC fund since 2021
The Polish group has six production sites, offers over 70 brands of spirits and sells them in more than 50 countries.
The company was founded in 1884.
