Inari specializes in supply chain management software.
Inari was formed from the merger of OMP Transport and GPI in 2019.
Inari has a 40% share of the French market and a 30% share of the Belgian market for TMS solutions.
The company employs 260 people, around fifty of whom are based at its headquarters in Rennes.
Inari is also active in warehouse management (WMS), social and regulatory management, driver assistance and delivery route optimization.
The market is growing by 7 to 8% a year.
Inari's sales are around 40 million euros, twice as much as when it was launched.
With the backing of Bridgepoint, which holds more than three-quarters of its capital,
Inari hopes to double its sales within four years.
The company acquires an average of one to two companies a year.
