The Louault company, founded in 1965
In 1972, the company began to specialize in the construction of trailers and semi-trailers for machinery transport and public works, with a team of around fifty employees.
The production site, covering more than 60,000 m², now manufactures around 600 vehicles a year.
In 2004, the Louault Group created PSM, a financing company specializing in back-to-back leasing of all types of rolling stock.
In 2006, Réunion Matériel Service, based in La Réunion and part of the Louault Group, became a distributor of the Hitachi, Man and Remorques Louault brands.
The Louault Group subsequently integrated SIPIM, a distributor of Hytower and Slytower tarpaulin systems, and took over the activities of Gourault Industries in 2014
In 2016, the Louault Group acquired Carrosserie Industrielle Vendée Carrosserie, based in La Roche-sur-Yon, and SIPIM bought out its competitor EVI TECHNOBACHE.
Today, Groupe Louault has over 200 employees and sales of 32 million euros. This expansion testifies to the company's continued growth and development in the industrial vehicle and related services sector.

Louault acquires Asca 15/12/2020
- On January 1, 2021, ASCA Carrossier Constructeur becomes ASCA Remorques Industrie and joins the Louault Group.
