The Quick fast-food chain will be reopening restaurants in France. 17/02/2023

  • Quick narrowly escaped extinction.
  • The Bertrand group bought it in 2015 and decided to transform the vast Quick restaurant network into Burger King.
  • At the time, France's number 1 restaurant operator had bought out the Burger King franchise in France.
  • More than 300 Quick restaurants came under the Burger King banner, until the brand was sold to the investment fund HIG Capital in 2021, for just under €250 million.
  • The American buyer aims to double the number of Quick restaurants remaining in France after the Bertrand group's disappearance.
