Cartography: Parera sets up in Morocco 14/11/2023

  • Groupe Parera is the French leader in network and building mapping.
  • Etafat, a Moroccan company acquired by Groupe Parera, has 180 employees.
  • Etafat recorded sales of 8 million euros in 2022.
  • Etafat's current managers, the Ben Addou Idrissi brothers, will retain a 20% stake in the company for the first few years following the acquisition.
  • Etafat carries out 60% of its business for the Moroccan state, and has agencies in Côte d'Ivoire and Senegal.
  • Etafat has won a 10 million euro contract for a mapping operation in Senegal.
  • Groupe Parera plans to increase Etafat's workforce to almost 300 over the next two years.
  • Groupe Parera is also targeting the Middle East market.
  • Groupe Parera plans to increase its export sales from 5% to 30% by 2025.

Cartography: Parera expands with Ecartip 22/03/2023

  • Parera carries out mapping, computer-aided design and geographic information systems, from studies to installation and maintenance for network concessionaires, local authorities, property managers and companies
  • Since 2015, Parera has tripled its sales from 12 million to 38 million by 2022, and is forecasting 50 million this year.
  • The group works for Enedis, Orange, RTE, GRTGaz, GRDF, Veolia, Suez, Total, SNCF, Paris Hospitals and has diversified into the installation of Linky and Gazpar meters and electric charging stations, which make up 20% of its sales.
  • The group has eleven branches and 820 employees, including Ecartip
  • - Takeover of Ecartip, sales of 4.7 million euros by 2022, 46 employees, specialized in topographic road surveys and fluid network detection
  • - In June, Parera will also acquire a 200-employee aerial survey engineering company in Casablanca, Morocco.
