Ossabois specializes in modular wood construction, mainly for social landlords, developers and builders. The company also builds student accommodation, hotels and even boarding schools using prefabricated manufacturing processes. With 175 employees in 3 factories, Ossabois delivers around 1,000 to 1,200 homes a year and 1,500 to 2,500 modules a year. Ossabois has been a 100% subsidiary of GA Smart Building since 2018. The company is one of France's leading off-site suppliers of wooden buildings, spread over 4 production plants.
