Founded in 1999, it is based in Cherasco (CN). It produces capons, chickens, preparations, rolate, and forage products with with selected 100% domestic poultry meat.
O.r.a. has established a production chain to which about 110 farms adhere, guaranteeing a production of about fifteen million head a year; these farms are located in the provinces of Cuneo, Asti and Turin.
The Farms are purely family-owned, of small to medium size, located for the most part in hilly environments ideal for poultry breeding. All stages of production are followed and monitored weekly by qualified personnel from O.R.A. Società Agricola S.r.l. in order to guarantee a product that not only meets the typical organoleptic and quality characteristics, but also offers full hygienic and sanitary guarantees.
