NextRadio TV is a media group created in 2000 by Alain Weill to buy RMC, which then belonged to NRJ. With this takeover, RMC became a news, talk and sports radio station. The group bought BFM in 2002, focusing the radio station's programming on business news.
With the creation of BFM TV in 2005, the group moved into broadcasting, and also owned the newspaper La Tribune from 2007 to 2012.
NextRadio TV is part of the SFR Média branch.
