Kouros' strategy for relaunching Nawa Technologies 25/11/2023

  • Nawa Technologies was taken over on October 27 by the Kouros fund, which specializes in decarbonization and renewable energy projects.
  • The Kouros group was already a shareholder in Nawa Technologies following a €13 million fundraising in 2020.
  • Nawa Technologies raised a total of 35 million euros, including 13 million euros contributed by Kouros.
  • The Kouros Group comprises two subsidiaries (Hylico Trucks and Carbonloop) and stakes in five other companies (Hysetco, Haffner Energy, Powerhive, Sunna Design and Vertical Aerospace).
  • The company's workforce will be cut almost in half, from over 60 employees to 36.
