Moulin Margier was relaunched in 1998 and obtained ECOCERT organic olive certification. In 2001, the company moved from its former premises to more modern facilities, and expanded its activities. Production rose from 160 to 575 tons in 2005.
The Margier mill focuses almost exclusively on olive pressing. It presses its own olives, but also offers to press olives for professionals, private individuals, etc., depending on the weight of olives they wish to press.
The mill produces high-quality oils, priced at around 25€/L. Its oils have won several awards at regional and national shows, including the Concours Général Agricole in Paris.
