  • Meilleurtaux, one of France's leading real estate brokers, acquires Belgian company MiD Finance, which specializes in consumer credit, mortgages and associated insurance.
  • Transaction value: 70 million euros
  • Meilleurtaux, itself taken over by US fund Silver Lake in late 2020
  • MiD Finance, whose sales are set to rise from 5 to 10 million euros between 2020 and 2022, is already present in Wallonia, Brussels and Luxembourg.
  • Meilleurtaux intends to develop its activities in the Flemish region, which could eventually open the door to the Netherlands.
