Mamaten

Mamaten is a bakery located in Savoie, having opened in 2016. Founded by two women, Nancy and Mathilde, this bakery sets itself apart by offering gluten-free breads.

Committed to an ecological approach, Mamaten is certified by Ecocert and favors organic and responsible production. The breads are shaped entirely by hand, resulting in high-quality dough. In addition to its breads, Mamaten also offers a recipe for gluten-free, dairy-free and egg-free crêpes.
