Abondia: the new name for Loyez Woessen 20/01/2024
- Loyez Woessen changes its name to Abondia with the entry of BNP Paribas développement
- The company was founded in 1922 in Phalempin (Nord).
- It made a fresh start in 2017 with the acquisition made by Xavier Burette, then backed by Sénevé capital as majority shareholder.
- A second round of financing took place in 2021 with the arrival of Unigrains.
- Abondia employs 120 people.
