The family-run Cave coopérative de Mancey was founded in 1929 by Victor Chapuis, and brings together winegrowers from three Saône et Loire communes in southern Burgundy: Mancey, Royer and Vers.

in 1981, the Cave de Mancey joined forces with other Côte d'Or winegrowers to create a unique commercial structure called Bourgogne de Vigne en Verre, which markets wines from all over Burgundy to private and professional customers.

In 1991, the winery began to produce its first domaine cuvées, thereby enhancing the value of winegrowers through separate vinification. This pioneering approach set us apart from neighboring cooperatives. Keen to further develop sales

In 2010, we opened a new sales outlet for private customers. The Tournus sales outlet has been transformed into a new site dedicated to discovering winegrowing Burgundy and showcasing the wines produced by Mancey's winegrowers.
