Le Manoir des abeilles was founded in the early 90s by Yves Peltier, a 23-year-old beekeeper who took over his father's business and expanded it. Since 2019, the manager has been Philippe Le Duff. Production is handcrafted and comes entirely from the family hives. The company sells its products in its own boutique, as well as in delicatessens and supermarkets. All Le Manoir des Abeilles products are organically grown.
