Founded in 1968 by the merger of the Lambert, Dodard and Chancereul families, the Le Gaulois group is owned by LDC, a European leader in the poultry and delicatessen markets.

The LDC Sablé division, comprising several production sites and some 2,500 employees, specializes in the slaughtering, cutting and preparation of products under the Loué & Le Gaulois brands.
