Vanille LAVANY is a family-run business specializing in the cultivation and refining of Organic Bourbon Vanilla in Betavilona, northeast Madagascar.
The company was founded nearly 100 years ago by Edouard Rajera, the great-grandparents of the current owners.
Since then, the family has continued to produce vanilla according to traditional methods, using natural means to grow and refine organic vanilla without the use of pesticides, chemical fertilizers or GMOs.
