More recently, the builder is offering its models for charter to private customers. Lagoon has more than 80 distributors, specialists with a passion for catamarans, all over the world. Today, Lagoon is part of CNB (Construction navale Bordeaux), a division of the Bénéteau Group. CNB-Lagoon produces a large third of the catamarans offered for sale on the world market.
In November 2017, the group announced the recruitment of 150 new employees at its Bordeaux production site, in order to meet its goal of increasing production capacity by around 40%. At the time, the brand's objective was to produce 700 ships a year in Bordeaux and Vendée
