Country: Italy
Founded in 1912 in Campobasso, it is an Italian company that produces high-quality pasta using only Italian durum wheat from Molise, Abruzzo, Puglia, Lazio and Marche. After being acquired by the Ferro milling group in 2011, the company integrated centuries of milling tradition with modern technology, ensuring control over the entire production process, from wheat to finished pasta. It is famous for its bronze-drawn pasta, which gives it a rough, tenacious surface that is ideal for retaining sauces. It uses pure, low-sodium water from Matese springs and employs stone husking practices to preserve the original qualities of the wheat (La Molisana).
