Founded in 1968 by Guido Pongolini and his wife Anna Maria, the company began as a traditional cured meats business in Fontanellato, Italy. Over time, it grew into a thriving business, with its current headquarters located in Sanguinaro, along Via Emilia. Today, Fattoria di Parma is run by Guido and Annamaria's children, Paolo and Cristina. Although it has become a major production company, it has preserved its heritage as a family business.
