Groupe Klubb completes acquisition of Italian manufacturer Isoli.
Klubb is supported by Andera Partners, a major private equity player in France.
Isoli will now distribute Klubb products in Italy.
With the acquisition of Isoli, Klubb aims to strengthen its position among short-term rental companies.
Julien Bourrellis is CEO of Klubb Group.
Isoli was founded in 1946 and is based near Padua, Italy.
Isoli has a factory of over 77,000 m2 on a 3-hectare site.
Isoli's sales are expected to reach €30 million by the end of the year.
