Kellogg France changes its name to Kellanova France 08/10/2023
- The demerger of Kellogg Company became effective on October 2, 2023, forming WK Kellogg Co and Kellanova.
- Kellanova France achieved sales of €367.3 million in 2022.
- Kellanova expects to grow faster than Kellogg Company.
- The group plans to give even greater priority to its snacking division, which should account for 60% of sales in the future.

- Kellogg's has announced the demerger of its activities into three separate companies.
- All will be listed on the stock exchange
- Kellogg's, known for its Corn Flakes, Frosties, Honey Pops and Special K cereals, said the companies would retain their headquarters.
- The internationally-focused company will have its headquarters in Chicago, Illinois, and another campus in Battle Creek.
- The new structure will include a group handling international sales of snacks, cereals and noodles, as well as frozen breakfasts in North America
- Another will focus on cereal sales in the USA, Canada and the Caribbean
- The Wall Street-listed group's shares were up by around 8% in electronic trading before the stock market opened.
