  • Heschung is a shoe company based in Steinbourg, Bas-Rhin.
  • In receivership following the liquidation of its previous shareholder, the French Legacy Group holding company.
  • The Saverne Commercial Court validated the takeover of Heschung by PPL Finance, represented by Philippe Catteau
  • Heschung's 65 employees have been taken over by the new shareholder.
  • PPL Finance will be the majority shareholder, with Pierre Heschung expected to retain a 40% stake.
  • The sales target for 2024 is ten million euros. Sales in 2021 were 8.5 million euros
