Hallo Pizza

Until October 2017, Hallo Pizza GmbH was a German franchisor for Hallo Pizza, a system catering concept for the delivery service of pizza and pasta dishes.

Hallo Pizza was founded in 1989 by current owner Axel Fassbach with a store in Düsseldorf-Zoo, the company was inspired by American delivery services and production methods.

The company focused on North Rhine-Westphalia, where around a third of the businesses are located.

In October 2017, Hallo Pizza was acquired by German market leader Domino's for €32 million. In April 2018, the first Hallo Pizza stores were converted to Domino's. By the end of 2019, almost all of Hallo Pizza's 170 stores will be rebranded as Domino's.
