Located in the Belgian Ardennes, Gilfi has been producing ice creams in over 200 flavors for over 40 years, for both private and professional customers.
Since 2012, Fairebel has been marketing Gilfi 's ice creams (which are also artisanal ice cream makers) to supermarkets, using milk from short supply chains. Gilfi produces 10,000 to 15,000 liters of Fairebel ice cream a year, in one-liter tubs.
