- The Fremaux Delorme Group is to invest 10 million euros in the relaunch of Maison de la Literie, France's leading bed manufacturer
- the production facilities include a factory in Autun (Saône-et-Loire), which manufactures 45,000 mattresses a year with 66 employees, and an upholstery unit in Confolens (Charente), which assembles bed bases with around 20 employees.
- The Maison de la Literie network comprises 11 branches (17 were not taken over) and 137 franchisees (some 60 were not taken over).
