Founder Matthieu Creux created the company in 2010.
Avisa Partners is selling its digital influence business to former partner Arnaud Dassier for around 5 million euros. Arnaud Dassier has sold all his shares in the company for around 20 million euros.
The digital influence division accounted for less than 5% of group sales.
Forward recorded sales growth of 52% in one year.
