Everial gains a foothold in North America 23/11/2023
- Everial, a specialist in paper archiving, turns to document management and software publishing.
- The Rhône-based family firm, founded by Michel Garcia in 1989 and chaired by his son Lionel, has just acquired two colleagues: one in Quebec, the other in France, Numexo of Var
- Tact employs 80 people in Montrealand has a broad customer portfolio with Canadian public services in health, education and finance
- Everial digitizes documents for almost all banks, including Crédit Agricole, and many insurance companies, such as Macif and Apicil, has undergone a transformation with the digitization of exchanges
- In 2015, Everial acquired Knowings, a document management software publisher based in Bourget-du-Lac (Savoie).
- In 2018, Everial marketed solutions for managing invoices, bank statements and letters to its bancassurance customers, then extended them to car rental companies and travel agencies.
- In five years, the digital business has grown from 0% to 30% of sales.
- As far as archiving is concerned, two activities are growing fast: healthcare and heritage.
