Eurial was founded in 1988 with the merger of two dairy cooperatives in western France (UCAL and COLARENA). The dairy cooperative has historically specialized in the production, processing and distribution of milk, cheese and other dairy products. Eurial produces and sells the Soignon, Grand Fermage, A Bicyclette and BioNat brands.

In 2016, Eurial merged with Groupe AGRIAL, becoming its dairy division. Together they acquire Guilloteau with its Pavé d'Affinois brand.

In 2018 and 2019, they expand into the European market with the purchase of Senoble Italy (Bonta Viva brand) and Rötkappchen, a major player in cow's cheese and No. 1 in goat's cheese in Germany.

Eurial has 23 production sites in France[Eurial].
