Des Lis Chocolat specializes in the manufacture and sale of top-of-the-range artisan chocolates.

The company was born of the passion of local artisans for their terroir, a relationship that dates back to the 19th century.

This love affair became famous following the success of the brand's specialty, Gentil coquelicot: a chocolate filled with poppy caramel cream.

Since 2006, the company has been run by Denis Jullemier, and has acquired Moret barley sugars and the traditional Briard shortbread recipe, marketed under the Flore Cocardon brand.

The company has an international presence, offering quality products while relying as much as possible on raw materials from its home region. It is also committed to franchising.
