Demeco is a network of franchised removal companies, offering its services to individuals, businesses and public authorities.
Founded in 1965, Demeco is France's leading removals network. Patrick Bornhauser, who took over the management of the group in 1986, drove an external growth strategy, making 8 acquisitions between 2007 and 2015 (E2MI, GBA, Euroflash...).
In 2017, Demeco launched an online platform, Emoovz, which enables customers to compare the prices and services of different removal companies. Today, the group plans to expand into the international moving range with the Ziegler Relocation subsidiary.
In 2016, a new LBO enabled Siparex to become a majority shareholder in Demeco, buying out Pragma and Edrip's shares.
