Développement et Partenariat is a French company founded in 1994, specializing in capital support for French SMEs. It acquires equity stakes in French SMEs as part of its development capital strategy. D&P also acts as a minority or majority shareholder in companies facing complex situations, drawing on the sector expertise, managerial skills and operational experience of its teams.
