CréaWatt invests in an ultralight photovoltaic panel factory 25/08/2023

  • CréaWatt was founded in Pannes in 2020.
  • The planned investment for the photovoltaic panel factory development project is 20 million euros.
  • Baudin Chateauneuf supported the purchase of the premises and took a 20% stake in CréaWatt.
  • The photovoltaic panels are designed in collaboration with the Chinese group, Sunman, and are lighter than conventional panels (3.5 kilos per m2 versus 15 to 17 kilos).
  • CréaWatt has installed 53,000 modules in three years.
  • Production will begin in mid-2024, with a workforce of over 100, compared with 52 at present.
  • The company expects sales of 12 million euros in 2020 and 30 million euros in 2021
  • The company expects sales of over 170 million euros in 2025, with a workforce of 300.
