Since 1985, Caviar de France has been breeding sturgeons and producing caviar.
Situated at the entrance of the Arcachon Basin ( at Biganos - 33) on a 12 hectare site, the fish are raised with the greatest care in natural conditions.
In the mid-1980s, the Moulin de la Cassadotte was chosen to keep the first brood fish in captivity in order to preserve the species. The basins fed by the Lacanau River provide exceptional water quality. In addition, sturgeons are in small numbers in the ponds to swim and grow at their ease.
After 6 to 8 years the sturgeons can finally produce a quality caviar. The best grains will be selected for Diva and Ebène caviars.

Caviar Diva, this caviar is a natural caviar without preservatives, simply sturgeon eggs and salt. An authentic, light taste with hints of fresh hazelnuts. With Diva, you will stay on a fresh sensation.

Ebony caviar, this caviar is the result of a selection of exceptional grains. Refined from 3 to 5 months, it is melting, subtle and balanced. Iodine dominates with notes of oysters, sea urchin, butter and hazelnut. This caviar seduces with its full-bodied flavours reminiscent of wild caviar.
